I got my jar (so quick and packaged so cute) and after using it once I had to order a jar for all four of my daughters. I have really dry skin and this stuff does an amazing job at hydrating me without leaving my face feeling greasy. I love the scent too! I feel so pampered when I put it on. About Me

It's all selfish really. Any time I used skincare besides plain old water--it'd make my skin worse. I've struggled with eczema and some acne most of my life and everything made it worse until I stumbled across tallow. I loved this one brand but it was too expensive and then I learned that tallow is one of the top faked products so I decided to make it myself--how hard could it be?

And then if you give a Kelci a project...

She'll make it way more complicated and detailed than it needs to be.

I conducted trials and experiments and learned about herbal infusions and the glories of the healing power of honey and then of course it had to smell good because no one wants to smell like hamburger. 

So long story long. I finally came up with a tallow cream I was really proud of and happy with. But then I had some extra so I tried selling it and sold out--then sold out again--and again! So I guess I'm now in the skincare business.

It didn't stop there because then I created my BEEosporin which, to this date, is the product I'm most proud of. The research behind that is so exciting to me! Who knew it was possible to make a wound ointment with research that shows it's more effective than triple antibiotic ointment!

But, really I'm just a mama to three wild boys that really loves researching and creating things. I live on a small farm in middle America, talk to my chickens, poke around in my garden and generally make wild kitchen messes, constantly surrounded by half-done projects and experiments.

I was happily sharing these things with my family and friends in my small corner of the world when I made a fateful decision one day to record an impromptu video about how I'd finally healed my gut after 10 years of struggle and it went viral! Apparently I'm far from alone with my gut issues and frustration with the unhelpful answers I'd been given until then. Now I keep sharing what I'm learning about gut health (and how not to spend an arm and a leg doing it) and I'm just grateful to be here in front of your eyeballs. 

I supposed it was about time to get a big girl website so I wasn't doing back alley cash deals for my products anymore. So here we are! All legit and fancy. That's my crazy story. I'm glad you're curious enough to read this! Thanks for being here.
